About the event
Kicking off this event will be the annual Halloween Parade! Lineup will be located at Steeles Golden Rule Motors at 11am. The parade will start at 12pm and go down N Pennsylvania Avenue, turn onto N 2nd Street and end at the Plaza.
Vendors and food trucks will be located in the Plaza from 1pm to 4pm
